Helpful things to know for your project:
Water and electric lines that run to the bulkhead need to be turned off prior to construction.
Channel Marine is not licensed to perform any plumbing or electrical work. Lines will be marked for other contractors.
Existing landscaping will be lost during the excavation of the rear yard.
The grade of your yard will be restored to its existing grade.
