Channel Marine Construction, Inc. provides dependable, quality workmanship to residential and commercial customers in South Jersey, working in various weather conditions all twelve months of the year. The company is owned and operated by Frank Bowen and Scott Palmer who bring vast experience and knowledge of marine construction to every project.
Fully Licensed With a Trusted Reputation
We are fully insured, bonded and licensed with the State of New Jersey as a Registered Business, Home Improvement Contractor and Public Works Contractor.
We work directly with engineering firms and have access to New Jersey State Cafra Permit Officials as well as our area local construction officials. Our reputation of high standard quality work has earned us the respect of engineers, state and town officials.
Community Matters
Our community is important to us. We happily contribute to local charities along with participating in the annual Wounded Warriors fishing tournament in Stone Harbor.
Meet Our Team
Frank Bowen
Frank Bowen is a founding partner and President of Channel Marine Construction. Since the age of 18, he has been an entrepreneur with a strong business mind. He oversees the daily operations of the company, including estimating and project coordination.
Scott Palmer
Scott Palmer is a founding partner and Vice President of Channel Marine Construction with over 33 years of industry experience. He oversees all crew operations for each project. Scott’s knowledge, attention to detail and extreme work ethic ensures the guaranteed quality of craftsmanship that people have come to expect from Channel Marine.
LAUREN PLASKET
Lauren is Channel Marine’s Office Manager who has been with the company for over four years. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call the office to discuss your project. She works hand-in-hand with Frank, Scott and all of the crews on daily tasks.
Crew Members
Channel Marine has three barge crews, a carpentry crew, a shop crew and an office crew. All of our crews combine to create a diverse company ready to meet all of your marine construction needs.
